When I first arrived at Neiman Marcus, working on the Horchow brand, I was tasked with developing an overall more modern look and feel for the brand. Below is the product of numerous hours spent researching the customer, the product, the current brand in order to present what a new (modern) physical store location would be like. I was asked to imagine and create as if we didn’t have any financial or location restrictions.
